RURAL CRIME PREVENTION VISITS

#VisibleLocalTrusted | This afternoon, officers from the Rural & Wildlife Crime team were out across the district, visiting multiple locations as part of our continued efforts to combat rural theft.

Under the curious gaze of some inquisitive cows, officers carried out SmartWater marking — a proven forensic solution that deters theft and helps recover stolen property. This initiative plays a vital role in protecting farms, businesses, and rural communities from criminal activity. 🐮🔏  

Alongside marking valuable equipment, officers also shared tailored crime prevention advice, giving landowners practical steps to better secure their property. 👮🧑‍🌾
